To set the foundations for our coaching relationship, it’s important we share an understanding about how we will work together.

There are nine key elements to the Limitless Pets Academy.

You will have full access to the Limitless Pets Academy core curriculum for life.
You will receive a total of 6 months access to the the remaining benefits listed above.
We will work together with a commitment of the below:
Core curriculum
The core curriculum is a key part of the Academy. All the trainings in your curriculum are open and available to watch immediately. However, it’s a good idea to take each module one step at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed. It’s also important that you commit to watching and acting on the training provided to ensure you achieve the best results.
Reflection sessions
On the 4th Tuesday of the month at 12pm UK time Karly will go live in the Facebook group to reveal important dates for the diary, a behind the scenes look into Karly’s business, and an opportunity to ask her anything you feel will support you in your own limitless growth. The recordings will be available inside the group for 30 days afterwards.
1-1 coaching
On two specified days each month, you’ll have the opportunity to be coached by Karly in a 1-1 capacity through voice notes and text from 11am -3pm. Where you’ll exchange messages with Karly at a slow but steady pace throughout the day to get the support you need to move forwards powerfully. The time and date for these 1-1 coaching opportunities will be announced at the beginning of each month.
Facebook group
You will be added to a private Facebook group and will have access to support inside for 6 months from the moment you sign up. This is a collaborative, co-creation space and is a place to network and reach out for support from your fellow pet pros. It’s also where you’ll find all the replays for any calls and events we hold in the Academy.
Accountability pods
Accountability pods involve a small group of your fellow Limitless Pet Pros. Where you can come together, set powerful intentions and hold each other accountable as you grow your dream pet business. You can choose whether or not you’d like to be part of an accountability pod.
PAYMENT
The Academy requires a 6 month commitment from you. Depending on the option you choose upon signing up, payment is required either in full at £1,997, £387 on the 6 month payment plan, or £197 on the 12 month payment plan. If you choose either payment plan option, you are responsible for paying for the programme in full.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the digital products we sell, such as e-books, audio recordings, online courses, subscriptions, and hybrid programmes, which include immediate access to digital content and the provision of live group coaching and support services, all payments are non-refundable once access to the digital products, courses, or programmes is granted or the services commence.
By purchasing a digital product or a programme from Karly Edwards, you (the Client) expressly requests immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that they will lose their statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access is provided and/or the services begin.
This policy does not affect the Client’s statutory rights, including the right to a refund where the programme is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, is materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If you choose the 6 or 12 month payment plan, you must meet your monthly payments every month. That includes if you choose the 12 month option and your 6 months inside the programme comes to an end. If your payments fall behind, you’ll be required to pay the outstanding balance straight away. Important note – we offer the payment plan options for your convenience only. The Academy is a 6 month commitment and all 6 or 12 monthly payments must be paid in full. If you fail to finish paying for the program in full, we will start legal proceedings to recover payments owed and you’ll lose all access to the programme until payments have been cleared.
The Academy requires your full commitment and attention during the 6 month period. There are no refunds available in full or in part once you’ve signed up to Limitless Pets Academy. We’d be doing you disservice if we offered refunds. It’s not the program itself that will get you results. You’ll get all the support and guidance you need – but you’ve got to show up and do the work! Ultimately, you are responsible for your own results.
BEHAVIOUR
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other client inside Limitless Pets Academy. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the Academy with immediate effect.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. You recognize that in the course of our work together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. Karly will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for her own benefit or disclose it to a third party. However, by joining the Academy you give Karly permission to share and celebrate your recent wins and testimonials with her audience for marketing purposes from time to time – both during and after your participation in the program.
During the course of your time in the Academy you may also have access to confidential information, in particular the personal affairs of others in the program. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other client.
You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the Academy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
During your time as a client, you will be provided with training materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. All materials are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.
GUARANTEES
You recognize that Karly will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your effort outside of coaching as well, so no guarantees are being made.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about the Academy, this should be made in writing to Karly Edwards at hello@karlyedwards.com
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- What happens if I can’t make a live call?
As far as possible, the live calls will be recorded and the link to watch will be available to you within the Facebook group within 48 hours following the end of a live session.
- What if I need additional support?
Additional support can be offered to each client in the form of extra 1:1 support or guidance. We are happy to support you as required, so please contact us directly. Additional charges will apply.
- What if I am ill during my time in the Academy?
If you are ill or unable to attend a live session for any reason you will be able to watch the recording of that session. If you are ill for an extended period please let us know and we will do our best to support you.
- Is the Academy suitable for all pet businesses and those at all stages of business?
Yes and no. The Limitless Pets Academy is suitable for all service based, ethical, female-led pet businesses. We don’t accept every person working in the pet industry and we have an application process to ensure we’re a good fit. Within that criteria, whether you’re a complete newbie or more established, the teachings and support offered inside the Academy provides everything you need to breakthrough to the next level.
GENERAL
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the Academy. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Limitless Pets Academy.
