To set the foundations for our coaching relationship, it’s important we share an understanding about how we will work together.

 

PROGRAM SPECIFICS

There are three key elements to the Pet Biz Thrive Online Club.

  • 2 monthly group sessions via Zoom
  • A private Facebook group
  • Self study trainings

We will work together with a commitment of the below:

 

Self Study

The self study success path is a key part of the Club. Each month there will be a new module for you to watch and implement. All the trainings in your success path are open and available to watch immediately. However, it’s a good idea to take these one month at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed. It’s also important that you commit to watching and acting on the training provided each month to ensure you achieve the best results.

Group Sessions

On the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 2pm UK time there is a 1-hour session via Zoom. The first is an open Q&A session. The second is a goal setting and planning session.

During each Q&A session, you are advised to come prepared with a question or two to ask Karly, to further your understanding of the strategies and learnings provided in the Club. We ask that you keep your questions concise and to the point to allow everyone on the call an opportunity to get the support they need. If you cannot make the session, recordings will be available within the ‘Guides’ section of the private Facebook group.

Facebook group

You will be added to a private Facebook group for as long as you’re a member of the Club. Karly will be in the group to answer questions that she is tagged in at least once a day. The only in-person coaching you will receive is via the group sessions via Zoom. Karly will not respond to private messages either via personal profile or business page. Any private queries should be emailed directly to hello@karlyedwards.com and will be responded to within 24 hours.

 

PAYMENT

This is a contract-free monthly membership club. Depending on the option you choose upon signing up, payments are required either on a rolling monthly basis at £47. Or you can pay for 6 months up front at £235 and get 1 month free. If you would like to cancel your membership you can do so. Please reach out to hello@karlyedwards.com and allow 7 days before your next payment date.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the Service in your first month of membership. To request a refund under the guarantee please email hello@karlyedwards.com.

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing Karly at the address above. No refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid outside the 30 day money back guarantee period. 

Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all training and resources, community and group coaching calls once your current membership period is completed.

The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate a 6 month subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your payment term.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.

 

 

BEHAVIOUR

It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to remove you from the Club with immediate effect.

 

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. You recognize that in the course of our work together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. Karly will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for her own benefit or disclose it to a third party.

During the course of your time in the Club you may also have access to confidential information, in particular the personal affairs of others in the Club. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other member.

You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the Club.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

During your time as a member, you will be provided with training materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. All materials are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.

 

GUARANTEES

You recognize that Karly will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your effort outside of coaching as well, so no guarantees are being made.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about the Club, this should be made in writing to Karly Edwards at hello@karlyedwards.com

 

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. What happens if I can’t make a live call?

As far as possible, the live calls will be recorded and the link to watch will be available to you within the Facebook group within 48 hours following the end of a live session.

 

  1. What if I need additional support?

Additional support can be offered to each member in the form of 1:1 support or guidance. We are happy to support you as required, please contact us directly, additional charges may apply.

 

  1. What if I am ill during my time in the Club?

If you are ill or unable to attend a live session for any reason you will be able to watch the recording of that session. If you are ill for an extended period please let us know and we will support you however we can.

 

  1. Is the membership suitable for all pet businesses and those at all stages of business?

Yes. The Pet Biz Thrive Online Club is suitable for all businesses working within the pet industry. And whether you’re a complete newbie or more established, the teachings and support inside the Club provides everything you need to breakthrough to the next level.

 

GENERAL

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the Club. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the membership club.
