To set the foundations for our coaching relationship, it’s important we share an understanding about how we will work together.
PROGRAM SPECIFICS
There are three key elements to the Profits from Pinterest Program.
- Group Q&A sessions via Zoom
- A private Facebook group
- Self study course
We will work together with a commitment of the below:
Self Study
The self study trainings are a key part of this program. Apart from implementation weeks, each week a new module will be unlocked for you to consume and put into action. It’s important that you commit to watching and acting on the training provided each week to ensure you achieve the best results. Three implementation weeks are provided during the program to allow you to catch up if you need to. This will also allow you to make the most of the group Q&A sessions and build on your wins and momentum.
Group Q&A Sessions
Every week (except for implementation weeks) there will be a 1-hour Q&A session via Zoom. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, the video calls will take place at the same time each week, usually on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd week of the month on a Wednesday afternoon.
During each group session, you are advised to come prepared with a question or two to ask Karly, to further your understanding of the framework, strategy and learnings provided in the program. We ask that you keep your questions concise and to the point to allow everyone on the call an opportunity to get the support they need. If you cannot make the session, recordings will be available within the units section of the private Facebook group.
Karly will bring herself free from distractions to every coaching session and will always do her best to accommodate times that suit you. She respectfully asks that you also bring yourself to the sessions free from any distractions.
Facebook group
You will be added to a Facebook group for the duration of the programme. You also get life time access to the course materials and Facebook group. So as long as this program is still running, you will have access to all the training material and others going through the same program.
Karly will be in the group to answer questions that she is tagged in at least once a day. The only in-person group coaching you will receive is via the group Q&A sessions via Zoom. Karly will not respond to private messages either via personal profile or business page. Any private queries should be emailed directly to hello@karlyedwards.com and will be responded to within 24 hours.
PAYMENT
Payment will be made at either a one-off cost of £997, 3 monthly payments of £397, or 6 monthly payments of £207.
Payment monthly is a payment plan for the entire programme and cannot be opted out of during the agreed period. If a payment is missed the amount still owed for the agreed plan is then payable immediately.
The payments are non-refundable.
BEHAVIOUR
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to remove you from the program with immediate effect.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. You recognize that in the course of our work together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. Karly will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for her own benefit or disclose it to a third party.
During the course of the program you may also have access to confidential information, in particular the personal affairs of others in the program. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other member.
You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the program.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
During your time as a member, you will be provided with course materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. All materials are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.
GUARANTEES
You recognize that Karly will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your effort outside of coaching as well, so no guarantees are being made.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about the program, this should be made in writing to Karly Edwards at hello@karlyedwards.com
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- What happens if I can’t make a live call?
As far as possible, the live calls will be recorded and the link to watch will be available to you within the Facebook group within 48 hours following the end of a live session.
- What if I need additional support?
Additional support can be offered to each member in the form of 1:1 support or guidance. We are happy to support you as required, please contact us directly, additional charges may apply.
- What if I am ill during the program?
If you are ill or unable to attend a live session for any reason you will be able to watch the recording of that session. If you are ill for an extended period please let us know and we will support you however we can.
- Is the membership suitable for all pet businesses and those at all stages of business?
The program is best suited to those with an online offer to sell. For example, businesses that sell pet products online, those with online courses or workshops, or those that work with clients remotely through online consultations. We do not recommend this program for businesses that want to target clients in a very specific area. For example, if you’re a dog trainer and work with clients in person in a specific county.
GENERAL
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the program. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the program.
