There are a few key elements to Ticket To Freedom.

You will have full access to the Ticket To Freedom trainings and any updated training material for life.

 

We will work together with a commitment of the below:

Self Study

The self study trainings are a key part of Ticket To Freedom. Upon signing up, you will have access to the first module immediately. Then each module will unlock for you each week. It’s important that you commit to watching and acting on the training provided each week to ensure you achieve the best results.

1x live Q&A Call A Month 

As part of the course you have access to 1 Q&A call every month. These are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 12.30pm UK time. You get ongoing access to the Q&A calls.

Client Only Support Group

You also have access to my client only community group to network and get your questions. You can come in at any time and ask for support. You get ongoing access to the private community for support.

Monthly Social Media Templates

And lastly, you also have access to Socials On Zoomies which gives you a whole two years’ worth of templates to share with your pet loving audience. You have access to the templates for life.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is required in full at £497 upon signing up.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

There are no refunds available in full or in part once you’ve signed up. We’d be doing you disservice if we offered refunds. It’s not the course itself that will get you results. You’ll get all the guidance you need – but you’ve got to do the work! Ultimately, you are responsible for your own results.

 

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. You recognize that in the course of our coaching session together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. Karly will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for her own benefit or disclose it to a third party.

However, by signing up, you give Karly the right to share any testimonials you may offer or kind words you share about her and the course on social media, in direct messages and email.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

During your time as a course participant, you will be provided with training materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. All materials are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.

 

GUARANTEES

You recognize that Karly will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your effort outside of the course and coaching as well, so no guarantees are being made.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about Ticket To Freedom, this should be made in writing to Karly Edwards at hello@karlyedwards.com

 

GENERAL

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of Ticket To Freedom. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Ticket To Freedom course.
